Listrak Email Marketing Expands Geo Tracking Reports with Google Maps Integration
Lititz, PA (PRWEB) September 23, 2008 -- Listrak, a leading email marketing (http://www.listrak.com) solution provider based near Lancaster, PA, announced today that it has expanded its Geo Tracking capability through an integration with Google Maps (http://maps.google.com/), a powerful web-based mapping service application. Listrak pioneered Geo Tracking in email marketing, which is the ability to plot email open, read, and click-through results on a map, in order to give its customers a quick view of where their most active and interested subscribers were located around the world. The integration with Google Maps takes Listrak's Geo Tracking report (http://www.listrak.com/Email-Geo-Tracking-Map.asp) even further by allowing users to sort the data by country, state or province, or zip code. This helps email marketers figure out which geographic locations are most interested in their email campaigns so they can target and segment their lists accordingly.
For example, if an organization was hosting special events in several cities in the United States, this feature would show them which cities had the highest number of interested subscribers. That way, they could select locations that would attract the largest numbers of attendees.
Ross Kramer, CEO of Listrak, says, "The success of an email campaign depends on how relevant the message is to the recipient. Our new Geo Tracking report helps our customers determine where they are receiving the most activity so they know the locations of the subscribers who are most interested in their products and services. That way, they can target these subscribers with offers and messages that are relevant to their needs based on their locations."
This new feature was launched at Listrak's 2008 Email Marketing Days conference Sept. 8. For more information, or to see a product demo, contact Listrak's email marketing experts at www.listrak.com.
